After completing a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, I continued my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute, London where I became a Certified Transactional Analyst and achieved:
- MSc. (Psychotherapy), Middlesex University
- Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy
- Certified to teach and supervise counsellors and psychotherapists by EATA (PTSTA)

In my private practice I work with issues ranging from depression, anxiety and trauma. My experience also includes working within the NHS, various mental health agencies and 5 years as a bereavement counsellor at a local hospice (near Bromley).
